You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account, and the activity that occurs on your account.

You may be held liable for any losses incurred by the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, and representatives due to someone else’s use of your account or password.

Class Action Waiver
Any dispute resolution proceedings, whether in arbitration or court, will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class or representative action or as a named or unnamed User in a class, consolidated, representative or private attorney general legal action.
